Nexic Solution's terms and conditions for users

Nexic Solution provides digital services including, but not limited to, web development, software solutions, search engine optimization, digital marketing, design, and consulting. All services are delivered strictly in accordance with a mutually agreed proposal, statement of work, or written confirmation.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope is not considered part of the original engagement and may require revised timelines, additional fees, or a separate agreement.
Professional standard of service
Nexic Solution commits to delivering services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence consistent with industry standards. While we apply professional expertise and best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, commercial results, search rankings, or performance metrics, as these depend on external variables beyond our control.
Client obligations
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information, approvals, and materials required for service delivery. Nexic Solution is not liable for delays, errors, or performance issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client input.
Clients warrant that all materials provided do not infringe intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
Fees, invoicing,and payments
All fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Nexic Solution reserves the right to suspend work, withhold deliverables, or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable, including advance or milestone payments.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property created by Nexic Solution remains our property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership or usage rights are transferred as defined in the governing agreement.
Nexic Solution retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio, case studies, and promotional purposes unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.
Confidentiality and data handling
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with prior written consent.
Data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Third-Party platforms and dependencies
Certain services may rely on third-party platforms, tools, or infrastructure. Nexic Solution is not responsible for disruptions, changes, outages, or losses caused by third-party providers, including hosting platforms, advertising networks, or analytics services. Any third-party terms apply independently and are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexic Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We can change the terms
Nexic Solution reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
